Travertine - Limestone - Slate - Flagstone - Marble

Travertine, flagstone, marble, limestone, slate, and other natural stones respond best to mechanical restoration (honing and polishing) rather than simple cleaning.

Common issues we fix: Dull or etched surfaces, scratches, lippage (uneven tiles), pits or holes in travertine, stained or failing grout, and lost polish.

Our process: Assess the stone type, existing finish (honed or polished), and damage.- Deep-clean and remove any old coatings or residue.- Fill pits, chips, and cracks with color-matched filler (especially important for travertine). Grind and hone with progressive diamond abrasives to level the surface, remove scratches and etch marks, and create a smooth base. Polish to the desired finish—matte/honed, satin, or high-gloss—depending on your preference and the stone. Apply a quality impregnating sealer matched to the stone’s porosity for long-term stain protection. This restores the natural beauty and texture while improving durability and ease of cleaning.
