Consultation / Evaluation
First, we inspect your tile and grout and perform a test to determine
type of tile and grout you have. We will inspect the grout for deterioration
and any damage on the tile. After reviewing this data, we can restore
a sample area for a nominal charge. This will allow us to be very precise
in our diagnosis of the problem and give you a snapshot of what your
tile and grout surface should look like.
Restoration
Through the use of trained technicians, state-of the-art equipment and
materials, we will restore your tile and grout surface utilizing our 4
step Eco safe restorationsystem to its original beauty. All work will
be completed in a professional and timely manner we utilize only environmentally
safe chemicals and ultra durable coatings with no VOCs.(see our information

Daily Maintenance Training
We provide our “HOW To Maintain Your Newly Restored Floor Training”
to your staff and offer our Green seal certified maintenance cleaners
and maintenance equipment
Step #5 Periodic Follow-Up Restoration
We will stop by periodically to inspect your floor and retraining of new staff if needed
